Securicape Services SA (Pty) Ltd ensures high quality service delivery via the use of effectively trained security officers, technologically advanced equipment and systems and procedures that have been tried and tested.

A distinguishing feature of Securicape Services SA (Pty) Ltd is its Training Academy, managed by an experienced PSIRA accredited Training Manager. We strongly feel that ongoing assessments, analysis, training, support, upgrading, and mentoring is critical to the quality service we strive to deliver.

Besides being PSIRA accredited, criminal and reference checks are done on all prospective employees. Furthermore, after such scrutiny, four days of orientation culminating in a robust assessment, is compulsory as part of the pre-selection process for guarding service. The successful persons are then offered contracts and assigned to an inspector and manager whose task it is to mentor the appointee through a probationary period. A further review is done at the end of the probationary period to assess suitability for permanent status.
